These values are part of who we are – not just a philosophy, but a mindset. At our family-run guesthouse in the Passeiertal, we place great importance on sustainabilityin South Tyrol and eco-conscious holidays.
Janick and Damian transform regional ingredients into jams, syrups and delicious dishes. In the “Stuller Mahdern” and Grandma Martina’s herb garden, we gather herbs for tea, the sauna and the kitchen. This is how we combine regional products from our valley with a culture of sustainableenjoyment.
The sun provides us with energy: solar panels for hot water, photovoltaicsystems for electricity. The rest comes from the local hydroelectric power company EUM. At our e-charging station, you can charge your electric car. We kindly ask you to use our waste separation system. Lunch bags are made of cotton, cloth napkins accompany dinner, and laundry is washed in-house.
The room cleaning is every day, think green – just let us know if you don’t need it. You can also purchase reusable water bottles for hiking. With the Guest Pass Passeiertal Premium, you can conveniently use public transportationfrom the moment you arrive.
Our staff-members also come from the village and have short commutes – supporting the regional economy while reducing CO₂ emissions. Sustainability, closeness to nature, and eco-friendly holidays in South Tyrol are values we live.
