Details of your holiday at our family-run guesthouse in South Tyrol
You can book your room at our hotel in the Passeiertal with breakfast or half board. Every morning, you can decide whether you’d like to join us for dinner or not!

Start your day with a delicious South Tyrolean breakfast buffet: homemade jams, our popular chocolate-hazelnut spread, Bircher muesli, fresh fruit sauces for yogurt, and a healthy, varied selection of regional breads. In the evening, we treat you to a lovingly prepared 5-course Mediterranean–South Tyrolean menu, featuring fresh regional products from the Passeiertal.

Relaxation included: visit our small sauna or enjoy the whirlpool. You can unwind comfortably on the seat in the wellness area, in the tea roomor on the sun terrace. For skiers and hikers, shoes are quickly dried in the ski room thanks to the shoe dryer.
Parking is easy – use one of the two covered garages or the parking spaces directly in front of the house. Come together in our lounge with TV or play a game of table tennis.

For a sweet treat at any time, enjoy homemade cakes, ice cream sundaes, and hot dishes served throughout the whole day. We are happy to accommodate food intolerances – please let us know in advance (additional charges may apply).

Check-in is available from 13:00 on the day of arrival. Our housekeeping team will do their best to have your room ready for you as soon as possible. If you do arrive earlier, please just let us know and we’ll find a solution.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 am so that our housekeeping staff can clean it for the next guests.
Our restaurant is open all day. We are closed on Thursdays. On this day, our restaurant and bar are closed to external guests. Our hotel guests will be looked after as usual.
Our kitchen is a mix of tradition, mediterranean influences and modern ideas. You can taste and see the chefs’ passion for their work. A generous breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning, and a five-course menu of your choice in the evening. Restaurant guests can choose from hot dishes, desserts, ice cream sundaes or a delicious slice of homemade cake at any time of day. Of course, we also prepare gluten-free, vegetarian and, on request, vegan dishes (surcharge may apply).
Please do not forget to inform our staff of any allergies or intolerances you may have.
Our communal dinner takes place at 7.00 pm. Once a week, we meet at 6.30 pm for an aperitif evening on our sun terrace or in the dining room. Your relaxing morning begins with a vitamin-packed breakfast buffet; you can treat yourself there from 7.30 am to 10.00 am. We’re also happy to offer an earlier breakfast if you’ve got a long day’s tour planned – just let us know the evening before!
Our region offers a wide range of activities! Whether in winter or summer, spending time outdoors in nature is the perfect way to recharge your batteries for everyday life. There are plenty of hiking trails with great places to stop for a bite to eat, ski tours, sledding runs, via ferrata routes, climbing walls, swimming pools, museums and other fantastic cultural highlights waiting for you. Just pop in and we’ll be happy to help you plan your day.
We’re happy to answer this question: wherever there’s space. Our guesthouse has two covered garages and parking spaces in front of the building. We don’t charge extra for the garage. If you’re worried your car might be too big, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
How to get here by bus and train
Important! Check in online and we’ll send you the Passeiertal Guest Pass Premium. This pass is valid across South Tyrol on the public transport network from the moment you arrive.
Travelling without a car isn’t just environmentally friendly and good for the climate – above all, it’s relaxing.
What’s more, the Alps boast railway lines that make the train journey itself an unforgettable experience. We are well connected to the international rail network and can therefore be easily reached by train from all over Europe.

Eurobus: The Swiss bus company Eurobus offers bus services from Bern, Basel, Aarau, Olten, Windisch, Sursee, Ruswil, Lucerne, Zurich, Winterthur and St. Gallen to the Meraner Land (Naturns, Rabland, Algund and Meran).

If you’re travelling by car, take the Timmelsjoch (check opening times), Jaufen Pass or the spa town of Merano into the Passeier Valley; in the municipality of Moos on the Timmelsjoch road, turn off towards the mountain village of Stuls and you’ll find us straight away. You’re sure to be blown away by the views!
Cancellation Policy / Booking Terms
For cancellations made up to 61 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total booked amount will be charged.
For cancellations made between 60 and 15 days before arrival, a fee of 70% of the total booked amount will be charged.
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, a fee of 90% of the total booked amount will be charged.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 90% will be charged for the booked days not taken up.
Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total booked amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer; in the event of cancellation, this deposit will be retained in full by the accommodation provider. The remaining balance is to be paid directly at the accommodation on arrival.
Yes, you’re welcome to eat here too. Our kitchen is open all day, and we’ll be happy to serve you at any time of day with hot dishes, desserts or a delicious slice of homemade cake. Whether you’re a guest at the guesthouse or a restaurant customer, you’re always welcome here. On Thursdays, the guesthouse is closed to our lovely restaurant customers.

Thanks to the Guest Pass Passeiertal Premium you can experience a car-free holiday. It allows you to use the entire South Tyrol public transport network as well as selected cable cars. If you are interested in the history of our valley you must visit the Museum Hinterpasseier and the Andreas Hofer Museum, also included in the Guest Pass Passeiertal Premium.
Breathtaking experiences await you! Enjoy a daily ascent and descent with the “Grünboden-Express” in Pfelders. If you like to sweat, the public sauna of St.Martin is a great opportunity to try a variety of different sauna-types. The swimming pools in St.Martin and St.Leonhard offer you a little cooling off, there you can also use the bowling alley (Sportarena), climbing hall (Sportarena), tennis courts (St.Martin) and the golf course (St.Martin). Or do you prefer to go high up? Take your chance to accompany our mountain guide while climbing the via ferrata from Moos to Stuls, hiking up our alpine peaks and for the early birds: go on a guided sunrise tour! If you want to take it easier and learn more about our traditions, grab your hiking boots and stroll along the farms and vineyards with experts.
