Our cooking style is shaped by a deep connection to nature and tradition: the menu is adapted to the seasons, and ingredients come from nearby– game from local hunters, meat from the butcher next door, cheesefrom the valley. We gather herbs and flowers ourselves and turn them into dumplings, liqueurs, and delicious side dishes.
